      Goal

      Customer needs to be able to enable multifd before 17.1 to 18.0 upgrade because instance live migration is failing during the upgrade process due to VM size and enabled encryption. So we need to backport this feature to 17.1 to enable the customer to upgrade to later RHOSO version.

      Acceptance criteria

      • MultiFD feature is available in RHOSP 17.1

      Story description

      As an OpenStack admin, I want to be able to enable multiFD feature in RHOSP 17.1 to improve live migration performance.
