Goal: 

• In order to move any items forward in the upstream, we need to ensure we allocate some time to reviewing others code contributions so they are more willing to review ours.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Spend some time reviewing changes, in particular upstream changes as well.
• Close out at the end of the sprint.
