i currently have 3 nova specs in flight

this tracks updating them to response to review feedback and reviewing the spec proposals form others

all 3 are at risk but if none are accepted we have mitigation plans for the first and last items.

for the weigher we can deliver it as part of the NFV-filter repo or watcher i will propose a watcher spec for this work
if we get to that point.

for the cyborg integration we can refocus on pci device usecase and tech debt reduction including
building better testing. the highest priorty woudl be eventlet removal followed by generic
NVME device management and or pci grouping. whiel likely too late to achive this cycle we can use
the remaider of the cycle to plan how to enable those usecases in the next upstream cycle.
