The vision targets internal development teams and SMEs, and will be provided as internally accessible shared backlog of brainstorming ideas and potential activities. It should be driven by real customers use cases for AI workloads (because this is the team scope)

Ultimately, those ideas and shared context should be used by SMEs to generate upstream specs, development plans for PTG sessions, opendev-discuss threads, and research activities (likely downstream rhoso, but also possible upstream and on devstack)
