The check for the virtio-win driver in the conversion host here: https://github.com/os-migrate/vmware-migration-kit/blob/main/roles/conversion_host/tasks/main.yml#L24 seems to be too strict for the user.

Currently, if the version requirement is not met, then the playbook fails.

Some users dont care about the windows drivers because they only migrate Linux machines, or they have other conversion host distributions where the versionning dont follow the one provided by CentOS stream.

We need to make it more permissive by just throwing a warning to the ansible console log and let the migration continue.

Also the version should be variable instead of hardcoded value.
