      To Reproduce:

In non-trunk content operators pipeline ansible task

      | TASK [update : Create local openstackclient _raw_params=create_local_openstackclient.yml]

fails due to not being able to login to registry.redhat.io

This failure is caused by change of registry from registry.redhat.io to registry.stage.redhat.io in new FR4 openstack operator index.

Old openstack operator indexes contains containers pointing still to registry.redhat.io

      Expected behavior

      • Login to registry.stage.redhat.io works fine and openstackcleint container is pulled fine.
