Scenarios:

• Test Suite 1: Fresh Deployment (Automatic/Default)
• Test Suite 1-B: Fresh Deployment (Modern/Custom Bootstrap)
• Test Suite 2: Password Rotation (Zero Downtime)
• Test Suite 3: Update from FR4 (or less) to FR5 

Acceptance Criteria:

• Test plane [1]  is approved by the team mates
• Tests are implemented and tested locally
• Tests pass CI integration pipeline (uni02beta, uni04delta-ipv6)
• Tests pass in the corresponding uni*update jobs
