      In the command examples for creating octavia listeners, health monitors, pools, and members the `--wait` arg is missing.

      Folks who don't use "--wait" have to call "<resource> show" multiple times to get the status of the object, until it's ACTIVE, so yeah using --wait simplifies the steps.
