The Infra team would like to make tests for theirs tool.
Until we did not move common tasks/common part to separate file that can be used by zironic and current CI workflow, let's prepare a playbook that can be used by zironic
to verify job workflow.

TODO:

• make a PoC playbook base on uni/run.yaml OR modify current playbook by adding conditions
• co-operate with Infra team and add required features to help them achieve the goal.
