Goal: 

• We need to review code. Sometimes we don't know what code we need to review as it might be other teams.
• Thats okay, but we need to recognize it can be a velocity hit.
• Furthermore, we need to regularly do reviews.

If we want, create a subtask per person to detail further activities for visibility.
