Goal: 

• As a developer, I want to ensure I have created a design which reaches consensus in such a way that I can see the runway ahead of me to develop towards to support VXLAN networking with baremetal nodes.{}
• Currently two specification documents exist, one specific to ironic.

• A non-work in progress spec document which passes tests which is open in review
• Stretch: The ironic spec document is receiving feedback.
