Goal: 

Verify the cinder-backup service works properly when multipath is enabled in the deployment.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Verify the /etc/multipath.conf file is properly mounted in the cinder-backup container
• Verify the backup service functions correctly (can backup and restore)
