In eventlet mode we need to use eventlet.Tpool to pass data between native threads and the main thread having the eventlet hub running all our greenthreads. In native threading mode this should not be done, each thread including the main one are equivalently usable. So we should make the Tpool usage conditional in:

• RBD
• libvirt driver
• guestfs
• image upload
