Goal:
- Test STF compatibility with OCP 4.20
- Update STF to support OCP 4.20
Acceptance Criteria:
- STF must be available in OCP 4.20 catalogs
- STF users should be able to update their deployments to OCP 4.20
- Some changes on the operators is expected (e.g. updating the supported OCP range in STO/SGO)
- Updates on CI and docs are expected
