      Goal:

      • Neutron integration is broken in Ceilometer upstream, so (at least) in epoxy and upwards, Ceilometer is not able to retrieve neutron metrics.
      • It logs this metric every time it tries to retrieve Neutron metrics:
        • WARNING ceilometer.neutron_client [-] The resource could not be found.: neutronclient.common.exceptions.NotFound: The resource could not be found.
      • In antelope, the metric is just a deprecation announcement:
        • WARNING neutronclient.v2_0.client [-] The python binding code in neutronclient is deprecated in favor of OpenstackSDK, please use that as this will be removed in a future release.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • Ceilometer should use an accepted method to retrieve Neutron data
