• After we research how to do bootc dataplane update testing with CI framework (OSPRH-21653) we should research how do we want that translated into a job.

• Assuming we know how to test bootc data plane updates manually with CI framework, how do we want that covered by CI?

• Specify the maximum amount of time we want to invest 

Deliverables/Outcomes:

• CI requirements for testing bootc data planes.
  • What job do we want added or amended to test bootc. One of the uni jobs or something new?
• Ensure instructions for how to test bootc updates manually are consumable by Forge CI team, or create a follow-up Story to make it so.
• Create a follow up epic for Forge CI team that describes the wanted CI changes.
