This is a general place holder epic for the initial design work into productizing cyborg and determining if it has a role to play in our accelerator lifecycle management roadmap.

Initially we will use this to track upstream only effort related initial cost of deploying cyborg with devstack, understanding the level of technical debt cyborg brings and engagement with the cyborg community.
