Summary:

• Can we use service overrides to create static IPs for mDNS that map to the pods using pod selectors when creating zone masters.

Goal:

• See if we can create service overrides on the internal API network that map IPs from the internalapi pool to map to the designate mDNS pods

TimeBox:

• This involves hacking up test environment between external binds and in cluster mDNSes. (including a code hack or two) .. so give it a couple of days.

• if it does, it improves our adoption story and could be a pathway for bring your own bind.
