      Goal:

      Cover sequential major upgrade for following

      • RHOSP 13 was on RHEL 7
      • RHOSP 16.2 was on RHEL 8.4
      • RHOSP 17.1 was on RHEL 9.2

      Included in these upgrades we have wrapped an in-place upgrade of RHEL (using leapp). This upgrade process for hosts has resulted in a series of bugs related to the changes on our software and configuration methods over time.  We need to implement a set of testing to improve the test coverage and quality.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • A manual or semi-automated documented repeatable procedure to follow for upgrading from OSP 13 -> 16.2 ->17.1
