During Manila share preferred export IPs Failover, the share inside the guest instances stop working

      Client is using manila with a NetApp NFS backend.
      They configure a share with 8 paths.
      When they cut traffic on the preffered export path, to test redondancy/setup, the share becomes unreachable inside the guest OS.

      We validated that the GARP is received inside the compute node hosting the guest OS.

      We need your help to figure out why neutron/manila is not able to act on the GARP received.

      We have logs and tcpdump of the GARP during a failover.
