We currently only support nic (with/without vlan) for ctlplane interface. However, there are some deployments where it's expected to be a bond and it's not possible to make changes in switches for RHOSO deployment. Though there is WA atm where one can provide custom `networkData` per node,  where you've to use predictable ips for the nodes, it is cumbersome for large number of nodes in a nodeset.
