Goal: 

The goal of this story is to verify the status of RGW in Ceph 9. As per the early testing, RGW with TLS can't deploy properly due to the deprecation of parameters we used to populate in the previous releases.
For this reason, automation might be adapted to the new changes (while preserving backward compatibility with older releases), and tempest object_storage tests should be executed on top of the changes to determine the current status of RGW.
