Summary:
This depends on OSPRH-21170 and, to some extend, OSPRH-21203.

If we can't rely on the cleaning provided within the ci-framework, we must define the expected state of the compute nodes after the cleaning, and provide the needed steps to get to that state.

• Define what "clean compute" means
• Define steps to get that cleaning
