• We need to start thinking about features related to tiering mechanism feature such as strategy stacking, noisy neighbor strategy or  as a prerequisites for tiering mechanism implementation on Watcher side (RHOSSTRAT-833)

• Ensure the discussion regarding the features happens during Gazpacho PTG
