• Go to https://access.redhat.com/labs/ocpouic/?operator=openstack-operator&&upgrade_path=4.16%20to%204.18 and check listed "Current Version"
• Alternatively, on a running OCP deployment, check the latest available version of openstack-operator
• openstack-operator 1.0.14 is the latest version listed in both cases

Expected behavior

• openstack-operator 1.0.15 is the latest version listed in both cases
