To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Deploy RHOSO
2. Create images
3. Change all services secrets and credential for security purpose.
4. Old images still have old secret values in their locations or direct_url properties.

Expected behavior

• Be able to rotate that values too.

• Use only new images and delete all the old ones.
