Goal: 

• Create a repository to help deploy OpenShift AI (RHOAI) on Red Hat OpenStack Services on OpenShift (RHOSO) system on a single machine with nested virtualization.
• Document the Prerequisites and QuickStart of the RHOSO + RHOAI AI Workload Test Environment.

Acceptance Criteria:

• rhoso-rhoai repository in http://github.com/rhos-vaf organization
• Demo of RHOAI on RHOSO Deployment + GPU operator verification job
• Documentation or Guide of Testing RHOAI on RHOSO using a single machine with nested virtualization
