Goal:
- Create and publish training/troubleshooting material to be leveraged by GSS teams for faster cases resolution
- Format
- Teams may use the Open Training Platform for training delivery. See BFX Training
- Teams may opt for a basic document that can be maintained by both engineering and GSS. See STF Troubleshooting.
- Teams may opt for a presentation format (to be scheduled with the GSS team in advance). There is a Knowledge Transfer presentation template that can be used in here.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Avoid duplicating information that is already available from other sources (e.g. user guides, previous GSS KT presentations)
- Focus on sharing knowledge gained through product usage. Some examples:
- Common configuration mistakes
- Debugging techniques
- Triage methodologies
Open questions:
- Since this is a new service and there are no Knowledge Transfers (KT) from previous OSP releases, a KT should be provided and recorded in additional to written documentation.
