      What?

      • Present the current state of the Adoption initiative at an All Hands before EOY 2022.

      Why?

      • To share with PM, LT, Engineering & QE what's been done, what is still left to do.
      • To show progress beyond previous talks/demonstrations.
      • To highlight unsolved problems and ask for attention on them.
      • To solicit feedback, questions.
      • To increase awareness of the Initiative and the problem we're trying to solve.

      Definition of done:

      • A 'lightening talk' (10-15 min) talk and, if applicable, demo.
      • A link to a small slide deck and, if applicable, pre-recorded demo.
