Not sure whether tasks should be used here, but here are the following things that we need to do:

• Now: Read and comment specs (everyone)
• Now: Update specs (specs author - Abhishek has a lot of them)
• One week before PTG: talk to Cinder and Nova PTL about organizing cross project sessions (PTL)
• One week before PTG: set up the agenda
