To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Check on the upstream jobs for any of the open PR patches
2. Click on operator/stf-run-ci linting job results
3. See error "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'ansible.parsing.yaml.constructor'"

Expected behavior

• CI should pass, there are no linting errors
