Goal: 

• Following feedback from SoftBank, the Backup & Restore capability is now at a higher criticality for customers. Telefonica is already requesting this information and Verizon is about to need this too.
• The nature of Backup & Restore is complex and requires implementation from multiple RAs (PIDONE for database, Converged Platforms for application). Therefore, the original RFE RHOSRFE-97 needs more detailed refinement and promotion to RHOSSTRAT before in-house solutions can be implemented.
• In the meantime the customer needs a public place to consume the RH recommended solutions via certified partners.
• PM/BU agreed to publish a KB article based on the results of the spike OSPRH-14382 and provide it to the customers as a temporary source of information until the full support for the functionality and documentation can be delivered. 

Acceptance Criteria:

• Collaborate with rhn-engineering-jpretori to create a KB article with a basic introduction to how B&R works in RHOSO 18.0, differences from 17.1, and lists of certified partner solutions that they can use.
