Goal: 

• Publish a set of sample alerts that can be used by the telemetry-operator Alertmanager instance to monitor a RHOSO deployment
• These samples need to be available so we can point to them from our documentation
• Ideally, these samples also can be used for other purposes (e.g. testing)

Acceptance Criteria:

• Get a set of alerts samples published and available for telemetry-operator users to use in their deployments.
