Goal:
- Create a GaleraRestore CR to streamline restore of Galera backups.
- Provide a procedure for restoring backups with the help of the GaleraRestore CR.
- Ability to restore backups taken with the GaleraBackup CR.
- Restore capability should be triggered manually, restore automation is out of scope.
Acceptance Criteria:
- Restore design should be testable via unit tests and end-to-end deployment.
- Restore procedure should be provided and exercised automatically.
