Goal: 

• As a writer, I want to create a presentation for writers who are going to be working on adoption-related features for FR4. This presentation will help writers understand the workflow and review PRs so they can be merged in a timely manner.
• Outline started.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Slide deck includes info on overview of workflow, getting started, demo of reviewing PR and demo of updating file upstream and pushing a PR.
• Schedule meeting with relevant writers.
