Goal: 

Set up and configure a new downstream CI job that automatically runs the Proteccio HSM adoption test suite. The pipeline should be integrated with the existing CI infrastructure and provide clear visibility into test results and adoption process validation.

Acceptance Criteria:

• CI job provisions test environment with Proteccio HSM simulator or test instance.
• CI job executes within allocated resource limits (CPU, memory, time).
• Test results are published to CI dashboard with pass/fail status for each test case.
• Failed tests generate detailed logs accessible through CI interface.
• CI job properly cleans up test resources to prevent resource leaks.
• Pipeline configuration is version-controlled and follows infrastructure-as-code practices.
