The following note appears multiple times in multiple titles. We need to remove the phrases "or adopting" and "or an adoption."  You should leave edpm_network_config_update:false (the default) when adopting.
 
When deploying a node set for the first time, set the edpm_network_config_update variable to false. When updating or adopting a node set, set edpm_network_config_update to true.
Important
After an update or an adoption, you must reset edpm_network_config_update to false. Otherwise, the nodes could lose network access. Whenever edpm_network_config_update is true, the updated network configuration is reapplied every time an OpenStackDataPlaneDeployment CR is created that includes the configure-network service that is a member of the servicesOverride list.
