An user can create pass parameters while creating Audit via watcher-dashboard in RHOSO-18.

Acceptance Criteria:

While creating Audit

User can pass parameters name=value format line by line.
Parameters fields should accept json values
Based on selected Audit template, create audit description field should show the parameters of the strategy
Audit info should show parameters passed.
