JIO AI is facing issues with simultaneous VM creation erroring out in gateway timeout due to nova waiting for bootable volume creation not finished on time.

They are using NFS (NetApp) as glance backend and NetApp ISCSI as cinder backend, which they switched from Cinder backend for glance to NFS after NetApp's recommendation.

The VM is failing to create now while attaching the volume which didn't finish in desired time.
