Goal

Create a comprehensive guide for OIDC adoption by combining the relevant modules.

Key Tasks

• Create a new AsciiDoc assembly file in docs_user/assemblies/, named assembly_adopting-oidc-federation.adoc.
• Use AsciiDoc include:: directives to structure the guide, starting with the concept module (con_oidc-adoption-overview.adoc) followed by the procedure module (proc_adopting-oidc-federation.adoc).
• This assembly will be similar in structure to assembly_adopting-openstack-control-plane-services.adoc.
