Goal

Create a detailed, step-by-step procedure for adopting an OIDC-federated Keystone.

Key Tasks

• Create a new AsciiDoc file in docs_user/modules/, named proc_adopting-oidc-federation.adoc.
• This procedure should be modeled after the existing proc_configuring-ldap-with-domain-specific-drivers.adoc file.
• It will document the commands to export the OIDC configuration from the source RHOSP 17.1 environment and apply it to the target RHOSO 18 environment.
• Provide clear, copy-pastable command examples for each step.
