Goal

Implement Ansible tasks to configure Keystone for OIDC federation on the source RHOSP 17.1 environment.

Key Tasks

• Within the oidc_adoption role, create tasks similar to those in roles/federation/tasks/run_openstack_setup.yml from the ci-framework.
• These tasks will use the openstack CLI to create the identity provider, protocol, and mapping rules in the source Keystone.
• The configuration should mirror the setup performed by the federation role to ensure a consistent testing environment.
