      Initiative Overview
      Based on the ProdChain Survey Readouts documment we need to streamline repository structure and dependencies of ci-framework, architecture repo, etc.

      Goals
      This would help any contributor and any ci-framework user.

      The difference is a simpler more logic way to structure repos.
