• Update test infrastructure in manila to not rely on eventlet

    • manila/tests/_init_.py
    • doc/source/conf.py
    • doc/source/contributor/threading.rst

Acceptance Criteria:

• Eventlet usage is removed in test scripts
• Documentation concerning threading in upstream contributor docs should be updated.
