Goal:

• Provide an option to disallow eventlet monkey patching
• Use the same option to run manila's share manager with native threading mode through the use of the new capability in oslo.service

Acceptance Criteria:

• Regression tests must pass; i.e., no change in existing feature functionality for end users of Manila or Operators

Open questions:

• Must identify gotchas/limitations and performance tuning areas as these would be different when using native threads as opposed to greenthreads
