Goal: 

• As a developer I want to make sure that kpatch code in edpm-ansible is working correctly

Acceptance Criteria:

• Locally run the test-operator with the right variable to prove the kpatch works:
  • failure when no kpatch applied when one should have been there
  • success when kpatch applied
