Summary:

• As a first step before codifying LokiStack deployment and configuration in RHOSO in https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSPRH-18370 , I want to deploy Loki and configure everything manually. This will give me the opportunity to learn about Loki and CloudKitty. To verify everything we have works as intended and to debug any issues faster than having everything coded and modifying telemetry-operator code for each depended CR change.

Goal:

• I have a LokiStack deployed and CK connected to it.
• Everything works as much as possible
• I have a set of CRs, which need to be deployed by telemetry-operator in the future
