Nova completed the SRBAC goal ([all three phases|https://governance.openstack.org/tc/goals/selected/consistent-and-secure-rbac.html#phase-1) in Flamingo cycle.

As next step, we need to migrate the tempest compute tests to the new defaults. Below are the status for compute tests on the new defaults:

• admin: No change needed in admin tests
• project manager: Completed in Flamingo.
• service: Completed in Flamingo.
• project member: TODO
  • Most of the test use member token but not all. There are some test use admin token and we need migrate them to member token.
• project reader: TODO
  • This is a new default role for Tempest. We need to move compute read API tests to use project reader token. This is most of the work for this Epic.
