A set a validation should be added in the documentation such as:

• make sure the disk are consolidation
• the hierachy of the snapshot is not too deep
• the user has the correct ACLs
• how to enable CBT option
• Check if vmware tools are installed (not mandatory for the migration but preferable and mandatory for CBT)

Focus on what has come up in engagements this far, don't try to extend into imagined circumstances. We will handle any further pre-check documentation changes when they come up.

We should be able to pull the checks from slack threads, email threads, etc.

Acceptance Criteria:

• A set of pre-requisites we know about for VMWare workloads should be documented.
