Goal: 

The openstackclient container upstream needs to include the cloudkittyclient. This is probably just about adding a `python3-cloudkittyclient` line into https://github.com/openstack-k8s-operators/tcib/blob/main/container-images/tcib/base/openstackclient/openstackclient.yaml .

But as part of this task, I want to use this as an opportunity to learn more about TCIB. So I'll create a VM with everything needed to build and run TCIB with my changes and I'll run and check the modified container. This will be useful for creating Aetos containers in the future.

The new package should go to master only. Backporting will be done as part of a different task in the future.

Acceptance Criteria:

A PR, which adds the cloudkittyclient package to the openstackclient container is proposed and passing the CI

The changes are tested locally and result in a working openstackclient container with the cloudkittyclient included.
